We were recommended Silver Lantern in a Katy Group on Facebook to help with my grandfather who was coming out of town for a medical procedure. My mother spoke and dealt with Lezanne from the beginning. And we have to say, she couldn't have chosen a better nurse service to care for my grandfather. Lezanne took the time to help us with EVERYTHING we needed. She truly went above and beyond to meet my family's needs. She was so flexible, patient, professional and unbelievably kind. Silver Lantern Homecare did a great caring for my father with Parkinsons/ dementia (not an easy diagnosis)until he moved briefly to memory care and sadly passed a month ago. The owners are exceptional and stepped in for part of shifts if a caregiver had to leave. If we had any concerns with a caregiver that wasn't the best match for my father, Lezzane ( the owner) worked with us to find a different caregiver. We could text the owners if we needed anything. Silver Lantern has an amazing staff that cared for my mom after her shoulder surgery. They helped my mom with tasks she couldn’t do alone or do at all.
