Silver Lantern Homecare was founded by Doctors of Physical Therapy, Joel and Lezanne Pugh. They are both experienced healthcare professionals as well as family caregivers. When Lezanne’s father was diagnosed with dementia a few years ago, they became family caregivers themselves. Joel and Lezanne truly understand what it is to walk in the shoes of a caregiver. They aim to better serve our senior community and support other family members who need compassionate care for their loved ones.

Dr. Joel Pugh

PT, DPT

Joel is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 17 years of experience in clinical care, healthcare leadership, and business ownership. A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Joel brings a service-driven mindset and disciplined leadership to every aspect. His vast industry knowledge ensures Silver Lantern Homecare maintains its standard of excellence.

Dr. Lezanne Pugh

PT, DPT, MHA

Lezanne is a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy with 17 years of experience in clinical care, and healthcare operations. With a strong background in team management and operational efficiency, she has built and led high-performing care teams focused on delivering exceptional client-centered outcomes.
